Residential Filter Replacement

Some people like changing their own filters. If that's you, by all means! There are a lot of options out there and we can share what we would recommend, if you are interested. However, some people find this task to be tedious and we are happy (almost insistent) to change all your filters if we are going to be cleaning your ductwork.
Some people think changing filters improves the air quality in their homes, and they'd be right! But it does more than that. They also protect the components in your HVAC. Without clean filters, your HVAC pays the price over time and, unfortunately, so will you, if your HVAC retires earlier than expected.   
The average home deals with a lot of dust, ergo a dirty little trick (pun intended) is to do things while cleaning your home that give your filters a break; like using a HEPA filter vacuum or turning your heating and cooling systems off at particular times. We'll tell you some tricks, if you're interested. You might also choose to completely ignore them and ask us to come over more often, which works for us!
